Qualifications

• Previous laundry, housekeeping, or hospitality experience is helpful, but not required—we will happily train the right person.
• Reliable and dependable, with strong attendance and reliable transportation.
• Ability to stay organized and manage laundry tasks efficiently throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team, supporting housekeeping as needed.
• Able to perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, and carrying linens.
• Detail-oriented, with an eye for cleanliness and quality.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures, equipment guidelines, and cleanliness standards.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, representing WHM values with kindness and respect.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and towels according to hotel standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry room at all times.
• Sort, treat, and process laundry items to ensure the highest quality for guests.
• Deliver clean linens and towels to housekeeping storage areas as needed.
• Monitor laundry equipment and report any issues or maintenance needs promptly.
• Assist housekeeping team members by supplying them with linens and guest-room items.
• Follow safety guidelines and WHM cleaning standards.
• Support your teammates with a positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
