The ideal candidate is dependable, flexible, and committed to providing a welcoming guest experience. 2 years experience, ability to lift 50 pounds, basic English, and strong attention to detail are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial work.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Basic English skills.
• High level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and clean apartments for new guests to company standards.
• Report maintenance issues or items needed in units.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and light maintenance items.
• Check in/out all assigned keys and maintain records of activity.
• Develop on-site relationships with customers, clients, and vendors.
