Job summary

National Corporate Housing is seeking an Apartment Setup Coordinator to support the setup and preparation of corporate apartments prior to guest move-in. This role ensures each unit is properly furnished, stocked with housewares, cleaned, and move-in ready, with a hands-on, organized approach.

You will work in the field across local units, assist with inventory, and troubleshoot issues to meet tight timelines, contributing to a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Reliable and task-focused; able to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with inventory, delivery, or logistics is a plus.
• Comfortable using basic technology and mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Transport and install housewares and light furniture into apartments according to standards.
• Assist with apartment setups and tear downs.
• Perform final inspections for cleanliness and completeness before guest arrival.
• Conduct housewares inventory and verify all items are present and functional.
• Identify and resolve setup issues quickly (missing items, minor maintenance).
• Follow key control procedures for inspected units.
