• Skill and coordination when using hands to write, pour, and carry several drinks, plates, and bowls at the same time.
• Must arrive to work on time, well-groomed, and in proper attire, ready to work.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable guest experiences with great food and beverage recommendations.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with each guest regularly.
• Handle guests’ complaints and resolve issues to ensure overall satisfaction.
