Job summary

Rainmaker Hospitality is seeking a dedicated laundry attendant to ensure the cleanliness and quality of linens and guest laundry. You will handle washing, drying, folding, and ironing to hotel standards while maintaining a tidy workspace.

The role requires standing for extended periods and the ability to lift and carry laundry. Strong attention to detail and good communication within a team are essential for a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping role is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift/carry laundry.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron linens and guest laundry to hotel standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area and equipment.
• Inspect linens for stains or damage and report issues promptly.
• Manage inventory of laundry supplies and notify when restocking is needed.
• Assist in following operational procedures and safety guidelines.
