Job summary

Wynn Resorts is seeking a seasoned professional to support the Private Access team in delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will enroll and identify high-value guests, maintain data-rich dossiers, and collaborate with BI and CRM teams to enhance data quality and processes.

The role requires a strong background in hospitality, PM systems like Salesforce and Opera, and advanced communication skills to drive insights and ensure privacy compliance.

Qualifications

• A college education is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of hospitality experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Property Management systems such as Salesforce, Patron, Opera, HotSoS, Alice, Seven Rooms, and MS Office.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enrollment & Identification: Lead bi-annual members enrollment efforts and identify high-value guests.
• Collateral & Program Awareness: Maintain Private Access portal and print collateral for new members.
• Data Collection & Management: Gather, clean, and analyze guest data; draft use cases for AI-driven solutions; maintain guest dossiers.
• Reporting & Analytics: Analyze guest data, interpret findings, create reports, and support business decisions.
• Maintain data security and compliance with Wynn guest data protection policy.
