Job summary

Bandana’s-Bar--b-- is seeking teammates to support a guest-first dining experience in a family-owned restaurant. You will help deliver high-quality service, maintain a clean dining area, and follow Bandana’s standards for hospitality across shifts.

Applicants should be ready to learn the brand's motto and participate in the training program to ensure consistency in food and service while upholding friendly, home-like hospitality that guests remember.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read and write and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Ability to use computer system to input order information.
• Must be guest sensitive and possess a sense of timing to serve different elements of dining experience at proper time (drinks, food, and dessert).
• Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to six hours in length.
• Follows proper uniform standards.

Responsibilities

• Delivers the mission statement and motto to each guest 100% of the time.
