The Jimmy in Charlotte, part of Noble Food & Pursuits, is seeking a Host to greet guests with warmth and professionalism and to help maintain a smooth seating flow in a polished dining environment.

Qualifications

• Previous host or guest service experience in a polished dining environment preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills and a welcoming presence
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating flow professionally
• Answer phones and assist with takeout orders

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones, take reservations, and manage the reservation system to ensure smooth flow of service
• Assist with takeout orders and coordinate with teammates for accuracy
• Communicate clearly with servers, managers, and kitchen staff about guest needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and entry areas
• Complete opening and closing sidework and assist with tasks assigned by management
