Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic math and cash handling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Greets guests within five feet with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assists guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Explains parking procedures and tax/fee handling at check-in and check-out.
• Accurately records ticket information and charges for valet operations.
