Job summary

VPNE is seeking a friendly Valet Attendant at our Delray Beach location to greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and deliver safe, efficient service while maintaining a sharp appearance.

You will engage with guests professionally, follow VPNE language guidelines, and work as part of a team to provide an exceptional guest experience. Applicants must be at least 18, have a valid driver's license, pass background and RMV checks, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or guest-facing roles.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly.
• Good communication in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Always keep the safety of self and others in mind.
• Operate vehicles safely to minimize the potential for accidents.
• Keep track of keys, and vehicles throughout the garage.
• Provide exceptional guest experience.
• Be enthusiastic about the job, creating a positive environment for the customers and teammates to enjoy.

• Help facilitate transition at end of shift.
• Look sharp and neatly groomed at all times.
• Cleaning duties as assigned.
