Responsibilities

• Store Operations: Operate Point-of-Sale system to process guest transactions; complete daily tasks; keep store clean, organized, and stocked.
• Customer Service: Greet guests, take orders by phone or in person, and deliver excellent service.
• Inventory and Stock Management: Replenish stock and hand over supplies to the next shift.
• Compliance and Safety: Follow company policies, health and safety rules; uphold security; ensure OSHA guidelines are followed; handle cash and transactions per procedures.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain store appearance, ensure presentation and safety standards, perform related duties as assigned.
