Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Understands and communicates clearly in English.
• Able to stand and walk approximately 85%-95% of shift.
• Ability to lift and carry 10-50 lbs.
• Ability to listen to guests orders, operate a cash register and read video monitors.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service and friendly, efficient service.
• Maintain clean, neat appearance and follow uniform/grooming standards.
• Deliver quality food and ensure timely/order accuracy while conveying urgency.
• Follow proper food handling, safety and sanitations standards.
• Assist with multiple tasks as needed including chores and cleanliness.
• Interact effectively with diverse groups and avoid biases.
