Responsibilities

• Be cross-trained in all restaurant positions to support operations.
• Offer immediate and respectful response to guests’ needs.
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player.
• Communicate effectively and work with team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Handle, prepare, cook and store food according to Chick-fil-A standards and safety procedures.
• Follow Chick-fil-A policies on food safety, workplace safety, hospitality, and operational excellence.
