• Demonstrate knowledge of brand products and promotions.
• Fry, bake, or cook food items as needed.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assemble, wrap, and package food for final service.
• Maintain brand standards and a positive guest experience.
• Monitor product hold times to ensure quality and safety.
• Maintain inventory and equipment; assist with opening/closing procedures.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Maintain sanitary and safe restaurant environment.
• Ensure consistent attendance and punctuality.
