Responsibilities

• Takes and clarifies orders, assists guests with menu selection, and enters orders in the POS system.
• Assembles orders and ensures accuracy and proper bagging/serving of items.
• Maintains cleanliness and stocking of work areas, and supports team members as needed.
• Delivers friendly, welcoming service in both dine-in and drive-thru contexts.
• Ensures food safety procedures are followed and quality standards are met.
