Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group in Boise, Idaho is seeking friendly Service Team Associates to create a warm guest experience. No prior experience is required—we provide hands-on training and opportunities to grow within Panda Cares and our team.

As a Service Team member, you will greet guests, take orders, serve food, and handle payments at the register, while keeping the store clean and safe. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with teammates to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• Friendly and helpful team members.
• Operations experience is a plus.
• Some high school.
• Food Handler certification may be required depending on local requirements, acquired at your expense.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, serve food, and handle payments at the register.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store.
• Follow safety procedures to ensure fresh, quality food.
• Work across Front Counter, Drive-Thru, or Kitchen as needed.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily goals in a positive environment.
