Job summary

LUIGI'S is seeking a friendly, customer-service oriented Server in Madison, WI. You will take orders, answer questions about the menu, sell dishes and drinks, and handle payments while coordinating with the kitchen and tending to seating and general service.

A positive attitude, teamwork, and reliable carry of trays (10–30 lbs) are essential. Previous server experience is a plus but not required, with opportunities for growth in a supportive Food Fight Restaurant Group culture.

Qualifications

• Experience as a server preferred but not required.
• Ability to learn and use restaurant POS systems.
• Strong customer service with a friendly, can-do attitude.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and support coworkers.
• Must be able to lift and carry trays or supplies (10–30 lbs).

Responsibilities
