Job summary

TakoSushi in Downtown Columbia is seeking experienced servers to join our team. The server's primary role is to take food and beverage orders, serve promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal.

This position requires excellent communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. Prior serving experience preferred, with opportunities for advancement and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Familiarize customers with the menu and make appropriate suggestions when requested.
• Take customer orders and relay them accurately to relevant team members.
• Serve food and beverages.
• Pre bus all tables.
• Practice safe alcohol service.
• Thoroughly clean and set tables for the next guests.
• Prepare and deliver the bill to customers, process payments, and provide accurate change.
• Anticipate guests' needs in order to facilitate and enjoyable dining experience.
• Skillfully upsell menu items and promote daily specials to boost sales.
• Fulfill any additional duties assigned or requested.
• Prior serving experience preferred.
