Responsibilities

• Work as a team with Servers, Runners, and Bartenders to engage guests.
• Take accurate orders and partner with team members to serve food and beverages that exceed expectations.
• Demonstrate extensive menu and beverage knowledge.
• Use sales techniques to enhance guest experience and meet sales goals.
• Practice responsible alcohol service per laws and policy.
• Perform side work and maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure payments are processed accurately and protect guest information.
