Original Roadhouse Grill in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a Server to provide excellent guest service in the dining room. You will take orders, deliver meals and beverages, check satisfaction, and process payments at the POS.

As a primary service provider, you will greet guests, answer questions, suggest menu items, and maintain a clean, safe dining environment while supporting nearby stations as needed. Flexibility and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Stamina to stand and perform shifts in a fast-paced dining room.

Responsibilities

• Prepares the restaurant and their station for guests.
• Greets seated guests and takes orders.
• Suggests menu items and answers questions.
• Records orders as guests place them and processes through POS.
• Delivers food and beverages and checks back for satisfaction.
• Maintains clean and sanitary dining areas and assists with table upkeep.
• Processes payments and presents guest checks.
• Assists in running food to other stations as needed.
