Hemisphere Restaurants in Minnetonka is seeking a Server for The Tavern Grill Restaurant + Bar to deliver an exceptional dining experience. You will greet guests, describe the menu, take orders, coordinate with the kitchen, and handle payments while keeping the dining area clean and welcoming.

The role requires experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant, a dedication to guest service, teamwork, and a flexible schedule (minimum 3 shifts per week including weekends).

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant preferred.
• Dedication to delivering exceptional guest service.
• Ability to thrive in a teamwork-focused environment.
• Flexible schedule availability (minimum of 3 shifts per week, including weekends).

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and escort to tables.
• Explain menu, specials, and beverages; provide recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Coordinate with kitchen for timely service.
• Check guest satisfaction during meals and address concerns.
• Clear and reset tables between guests; maintain station cleanliness.
• Process payments accurately and provide receipts.
• Support teammates and assist with closing tasks and restocking.
• Communicate recurring issues to management.
