You will greet guests, take orders, deliver items, handle cash, and maintain a clean dining room, while coordinating with kitchen and other staff during events. This role requires physical stamina, reliable transportation, and the ability to work flexible hours, including events.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to walk, stand and bend for long periods of time.
• Reliable form of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take food and beverages in an efficient manner.
• Deliver food promptly and maintain sanitation standards.
• Advise guests on menu items and allergens; accommodate preferences.
• Communicate with back-of-house staff to ensure correct orders.
• Handle cash and follow proper cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe dining environment and assist with events.
