Responsibilities

• Check assigned station before, during and after shift for proper setup and cleanliness.
• Complete opening and closing side work checklists.
• Keep dining room floors clean and free of debris.
• Bus tables and reset for the next guest; manage linen flow.
• Provide excellent service to every guest.
• Assist guests courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain dining room and station cleanliness at all times.
• Set up side station with supplies as per side work sheet.
• Polish silverware and follow the restaurant cleaning program.
• Deliver food from kitchen to tables, including tray service.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly.
• Attend training sessions as requested and participate in meetings.
