Job summary

Hotel Carmichael in Carmel, Indiana seeks a Server Assistant who will support the Server in daily service, set up and clean-up, and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to sanitation standards.

The Server Assistant will help with water service, plate clearing, and maintaining organized service stations, reporting to the Restaurant Manager. Previous restaurant experience is preferred and uniform is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to move quickly and gracefully through the dining room.

Responsibilities

• Assist Servers and Hosts in serving food and beverages when requested.
• Maintain water service and monitor water levels.
• Clear, clean and reset tables with service ware per standards and sanitation policies.
• crumb tables and transport dirty tableware to dish drop area.
• Keep stations stocked and clean across all meal periods.
