Job summary

Edgewater Gaming, LLC is seeking a Security Bike Patrol team member to safeguard the property, guests, employees, and assets. You will patrol exterior areas, manage garage traffic, respond to incidents, and assist in fostering a safe, welcoming environment across the property.

The role requires 1 year of security or related experience, strong communication, and the ability to operate a computer system. Safety-sensitive position with pre-employment screening and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of law enforcement, military, EMT, or security experience.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Access to and input information using a moderately complex computer system.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture.
• Patrol exterior areas of the property including garages, parking lots, and surrounding buildings to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Manage traffic flow in and around the garage, assisting guests and reducing congestion.
• Respond to and investigate incidents involving vehicles, suspicious behavior, and guest safety concerns.
• Escort armored car personnel, trespassed individuals, and assist with in-custody situations to ensure a secure and controlled environment.
