Responsibilities

• Greets guests and prepares orders with a cheerful, helpful manner.
• Explains menu items clearly and accurately to guests.
• Uses POS to record orders, collect payment, and make change.
• Handles cash and provides proper cash-in procedures during shifts.
• Prepares food neatly and promptly according to Subway formulas.
• Checks unit area goods and restocks to maintain supply.
• Follows proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards.
• Cleans and maintains all restaurant areas to promote a clean image.
• Adheres to quality standards, formulas and Subway procedures.
• Maintains professional appearance and grooming as required.
• Performs light paperwork duties as assigned.
• Completes Subway courses as directed.
