Job summary

Subway Team Members are the backbone of our guest experience, focusing on friendly service, accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a clean, welcoming restaurant environment. Training is provided, with shifts including daytime, evenings, and weekends.

Role emphasizes teamwork, food safety, and operating a POS system while delivering an excellent guest experience in a fast-paced setting. Compensation to be discussed at location.

Qualifications

• Education: Some high school or equivalent.
• Experience: No previous experience required.
• Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction.
• Physical: lift up to 30 pounds and stand/walk for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Work with our Guests to knowledgeably recommend meal options and fulfill orders from start to finish.
• Uphold food safety standards as you prepare and serve fresh food daily.
• Work with teammates to keep all areas of the restaurant clean and create a pleasant atmosphere for Guests.
