Job summary

Subway Team Member position focuses on delivering an outstanding Guest experience, preparing and serving fresh food, and keeping the restaurant clean. You’ll work as part of a team to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and learn the ropes of restaurant operations with on-the-job training.

No prior experience is required; education is minimal, and you’ll have opportunities for scholarship and course credit while building hands-on restaurant experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Some high school or equivalent.
• Experience: No previous experience required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest experience from start to finish.
• Take and fulfill orders, maintain cleanliness and food safety.
• Work with teammates to keep the restaurant clean and welcoming.
• Operate the point of sale system and basic cash handling.
