Panera Bread is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to be the heart of hospitality, delivering warm welcomes, fresh food, and attentive service across bakery-cafe operations. You’ll help with salads, soups, and sandwiches, greet guests, and keep the dining area welcoming.

This role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and a commitment to food safety. Training provided; prior food service experience helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Must meet minimum age of 16+ and be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Clear communication in a loud environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to make guests smile.
• Passion for creating moments of comfort and connection.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Handler’s Card as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and efficiency.
• Stay on the move assisting guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment per food safety standards.
• Support team by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift.
