Job summary

Dairy Queen York is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to deliver friendly, fast and accurate service while maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards.

As a team member, you will operate the cash register, assist guests, and contribute to a positive guest experience. No prior experience required; must be at least 16 years old. English communication may be essential depending on station.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• No previous work experience required.
• Math skills needed to operate cash register, count and return change, and balance cash drawer.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and products quickly, accurately and safely according to standards.
• Greet guests, take orders, and process payments at the register with accuracy.
