Job summary

Dunkin’ is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to join our Illinois Mattoon location. You will prepare food and beverages to Dunkin’ standards, assist guests at the drive-thru or front counter, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. You’ll contribute to a fast-paced team and support promotions and menu knowledge.

Ideal candidates are 18+, may have a HS diploma or GED, and demonstrate reliability, friendliness, and a guest-first attitude in daily tasks.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
HS Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems.
Follow food safety standards.
Prepare food and beverages.
Assemble and package orders.
Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questions.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas.
Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstation.
Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable).
Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests.
Serve and communicate with guests.
Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers.
Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas.
