Taco Bell Corp. in La Vista, Nebraska is hiring a Restaurant Crew Member to join our team. You will greet customers, take and ring up orders, and ensure fast, friendly service while maintaining a clean dining area.

As part of the team you will prepare and assemble food items, follow safety guidelines, and work with teammates to deliver a positive guest experience. Flexible hours include evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Formación

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Customer Service: Greet customers, assist with orders, provide recommendations and ensure courteous service.
• Food Preparation and Assembly: Prepare and assemble food items according to recipes, ensure timely service.
• Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness of dining area and kitchen, follow safety guidelines.
• Teamwork and Communication: Work with teammates and inform management of issues affecting service.
• Compliance and Policies: Adhere to company policies and health/safety guidelines.
• Upselling and Promotion: Inform customers about promotions and loyalty programs.
