Aloft-West-Chester is seeking a Houseperson to keep public areas clean and welcoming for guests. You will assist housekeeping by delivering supplies, restocking carts, and responding to guest needs with courteous, proactive service.

The role requires physical stamina, good communication, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends. Prior hospitality experience is a plus, and training will be provided to ensure safety and efficiency.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality or housekeeping is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and guest-service orientation are essential.
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and push heavy carts for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas to welcome guests.
• Deliver linens, supplies, and amenities to housekeeping staff promptly.
• Assist with guest requests such as towels or bedding in a courteous manner.
• Restock carts and storage areas with necessary supplies.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards to supervisor.
• Support deep cleaning tasks and other assigned duties by leadership.
