TownePlace Suites Jacksonville is seeking a Laundry Attendant to support daily hotel operations at 400 Northwest Drive, Jacksonville, NC. The role focuses on linen processing, cleaning, and maintaining laundry equipment within a clean, organized, guest-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing fields preferred.
• Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Must be able to understand and follow guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to handle pace and pressure in a hotel environment.
• Listening and conflict resolution to address guest and coworker concerns.

Responsibilities

• Linen Processing: collect, transport, sort, weigh, load/unload washers and dryers, fold and stock linens.
• Linen Cleaning and Folding: wash and dry linens, sort dirty items, stock linen carts.
• Equipment Operation: operate washing machines, dryers, and maintain equipment.
• Laundry Facility Cleanliness: sweep/mop floors, keep carts clean, keep back-of-house organized.
• Chemical Management: replace and replenish cleaning chemicals.
