Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking a Hotel Laundry Attendant in Port Wentworth, GA to provide courteous, professional service and maintain clean, organized laundry facilities. You will handle linens and terry with care, follow established procedures, and support guests and associates to uphold our standards.

Key duties include sorting soiled linen, operating washers and dryers, folding and stocking supplies, keeping work areas tidy, and responding to guest requests promptly.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience in lodging, housing, hotels, hospitals, or care facilities preferred.
• Must pass appropriate security clearances as per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Receive and sort soiled lines and terry.
• Operate washers and dryers as manufacturer intended, including cleaning lint traps and coordinating maintenance when needed.
• Fold clean terry and linen, then stock shelves and storage rooms.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Have a thorough knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries immediately.
• Maintain a crisp, clean and professional appearance daily, adhering to grooming and uniform standards.
• Other duties as assigned, of which the associate is capable of performing.
