The Westin Desert Willow Villas, Palm Desert is seeking a Housekeeping Aide to assist in creating memorable experiences for Owners/guests and maintain clean, welcoming rooms and common areas. You will respond to requests, set up rooms, and ensure supplies are stocked while upholding Marriott standards.

Availability to work varied shifts and holidays is required; position involves lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods, with on-site perks and benefits supporting a fulfilling career at

Qualifications

• Willing to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Respond to guest requests promptly and assist with needs from other departments.
• Deliver guest requests and set up furniture in guest rooms as requested.
• Identify and report maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.
• Strip trash/dirty linen from assigned checkouts and ensure inventory of pillows and duvet inserts.
• Clean and maintain assigned buildings/areas daily using appropriate equipment.
• Stock linen closets daily with linen and supplies.
• Greet guests and interact with colleagues professionally to reflect company standards.
