The role requires reliability, physical stamina, and the ability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks.
• Must be available to work morning shifts.
• Must be available to work on weekends & holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests in a courteous and helpful manner, addressing inquiries and ensuring needs are met.
• Seek feedback from guests to identify areas for improvement and relay compliments to the team.
• Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment as necessary.
• Complete assigned rooms within the allocated time frame, balancing speed and thoroughness for timely check-in.
• Ensure rooms are stocked with amenities and linens and report maintenance or lost and found items promptly.
