Encore Hospitality is seeking a Hotel Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. You will clean guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to high hygiene and presentation standards, ensuring a positive guest experience with attention to detail, efficiency, and professionalism.

The role requires physical stamina and availability to work weekends and different shifts, with training provided to new team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; hospitality certifications are an advantage but not required.
• Previous housekeeping experience in hotels or resorts is preferred but training is provided.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and other assigned locations.
• Dust, polish, and vacuum furniture, carpets, and draperies; clean windows and glass surfaces.
• Reload linens, towels, and toiletries; manage waste disposal areas.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and properly store chemicals and equipment.
• Collaborate with front desk and maintenance; communicate guest needs and instructions.
