Qualifications

• Willingness to work as a team.
• Ability to understand and follow park policies and procedures.
• Clear communication with guests and managers.
• Ability to reach, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 10 hours).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers entering the courts.
• Explain jump areas and rules for each station.
• Ensure jumpers have valid tickets, proper footwear and no loose jewelry.
• Clear courts of jumpers with expired wristbands or safety issues.
• Maintain and monitor safety equipment and the area for rule compliance.
• Monitor the tracking system and alert guests of expired time.
• Complete opening and closing duties and report issues to management.
• Address guest concerns and escalate as needed.
• Keep jump areas clean and restocked.
