Job summary

Sam's East, Inc. is seeking a team member to assist Members with memberships and purchases, explain benefits, and promote Sams Club products and services. You will provide customer service, process transactions, and maintain the gas station and car wash areas while ensuring pricing signage is accurate.

Responsibilities

• Communicates and explains Membership types and benefits to Members to assist with account decisions and renewals.
• Provides Customer/Memeber service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting products and services.
• Operates cash registers and processes customer purchases using proper payment procedures.
• Maintains and cleans designated areas (gas station, car wash) and ensures accurate pricing signage.
• Receives, stocks, and organizes merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers.
• Promotes a safe environment and adheres to company policies and procedures.
