Job summary

TICE Chicken Holdings, a Popeyes franchisee, is hiring immediately in the Alabama market. Your role as a Crew Member is to serve each guest courteously, quickly and efficiently; to prepare and cook food products; and to package orders accurately and rapidly.

Execution of each task must adhere to the Operating Standards Manual, performed in a timely, clean, and orderly manner. Prior restaurant experience is not required, will train right candidate for role.

Qualifications

• No prior restaurant experience required; training provided.
• Friendly, positive attitude and ability to greet guests.
• Good cash handling ability and accuracy with transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver courteous service.
• Prepare and cook food products as needed and package orders accurately.
• Take and fulfill customer orders quickly; maintain clean dining area and restrooms.
• Handle cash, make change, and operate the register with accuracy.
• Ensure drive-thru and lobby areas are clean and presentable.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary environment in accordance with standards.
