Job summary

Recruiting.com LLC is seeking a Fast Food Attendant (FFA) to join our Food and Beverage Operations team. The role involves greeting customers, taking orders, upselling, cooking, food prep, and cash handling in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean work areas, stocking products, and assisting with kitchen tasks as needed. This non-exempt, on-site position offers tip eligibility and opportunities to contribute to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Cashier experience in a food and beverage environment highly desirable.
• Excellent guest service abilities while working directly with the public.
• Basic mathematics skills with quick and accurate calculations.
• Able to develop cooperative working relationships with others.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take food orders; provide menu information and upsell where possible.
• Follow CORE model: eye contact, smiles, enthusiastic communication, and connection with guests.
• Cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other hot items, preparing from start to plate.
• Prepare a variety of foods using broilers, ovens, grills and fryers as needed.
• Operate cash register and process payments; manage cash with accuracy.
