The Institute for Advanced Learning and Research in Danville, VA is seeking a friendly Cashier / Customer Service Associate to greet guests and support our Food & Beverage operations. You will handle POS transactions, answer menu questions, maintain a clean service area, assist with events, and work closely with kitchen and service teams to deliver a positive guest experience.

High school diploma or GED is preferred; 18+ and prior hospitality experience are helpful.

Qualifications

• Greeting guests warmly and providing friendly, professional customer service.
• Operating the POS system accurately for food and beverage transactions.
• Handling cash, credit, and electronic payments responsibly.
• Following all food safety, sanitation, and cash-handling procedures.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
