Hotel Forty Five in downtown Macon seeks a friendly Food & Beverage Attendant to support dining outlets by delivering food and beverages, assisting servers, and keeping service stations stocked. The role emphasizes warm, attentive service and maintaining high standards of quality and hospitality.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2 years in hospitality or related roles, with strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality, business, or event-related education preferred.
• Two (2) years of previous experience in hotel sales, catering, events, hospitality, or administrative support preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn hotel systems; CI/TY experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and special events as business needs require.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Proficient knowledge of all beverages, including liquors and wines.
• Efficient and courteous service to guests, following service standards.
• Accurate cash handling and accountability for financial discrepancies.
