Casadonna is seeking a dedicated Drink Runner in Miami to uphold our hospitality standards and ensure guest satisfaction. You will be in full view of guests, showcasing a positive attitude and strong communication with the team to deliver top-notch beverage service.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of relevant experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to teamwork. Weekend and holiday shifts are required in a busy, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the position applying for or similar to.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attends all restaurant required meetings and trainings.
• Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Groot hospitality standards.
• Full time availability with flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform.
• Follow food safety and sanitary guidelines issued by the Health Department.
• Complete assigned side-work in allocated timeframe.
• Has strong knowledge on classic cocktails and spirits.
• When bringing out drinks, be certain the glass is clean, filled to the proper level, and that the garnish is correct, fresh and attractive.
• Assure trays are always cleaned and organized at the service bar station.
• Must know table and position numbers.
• Make sure the orders are fully completed before taking out drinks to tables.
• Serve drinks and clean empty glassware of the table from the right of the guest when possible.
• Serve drinks to the correct person without auctioning.
• Always serve the drinks according to the seat numbers (never auction drinks at the table)
• Provide timely beverage service in a friendly and courteous manner.
