Job summary

Superpumper in Sun Lakes, AZ is seeking a friendly, reliable Team Member to serve guests quickly and courteously, keep the store clean, stocked, faced, and shopable, and support store goals as part of a collaborative team.

You will operate the cash register and POS systems, assist guests in locating items, follow cash handling procedures, ensure accurate inventory and safety, and contribute to a positive guest experience through proactive service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED preferred; no prior experience required.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge guests and provide the highest level of guest relations including greeting, suggestive selling, and sincere thank you while maintaining a high degree of professionalism.
• Accurately operate cash register and POS systems; follow cash handling procedures; maintain inventory accuracy.
• Keep store clean, stocked and in first class condition; cleaning and safety standards for restrooms, stockroom, car wash, and equipment.
• Comply with suggestive selling programs and promote sale items to increase guest awareness and sales.
• Follow proper check in procedures for all delivered products; comply with laws regarding restricted sales.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested and adhere to company policies.
