Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring at our travel centers for a fast, friendly guest service role in the restaurant. You’ll provide guests with quick, clean service, operate cash registers, maintain inventory and the overall appearance of the dining area.

We offer weekly pay, benefits including health plans and PTO, and opportunities to train for other roles within our travel centers and restaurants. Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest focused culture.
• Ability to complete accurate sales transactions.
• Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food.
• Ability to maintain Wendy's processes and policies.
• Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
