HouseMart in Kapaa, HI is seeking a full-time Cashier to deliver exceptional customer service and manage POS transactions with accuracy and courtesy. The role emphasizes greeting customers, promoting ACE Rewards, and leveraging product knowledge to drive sales.

The position requires being able to work a flexible schedule, communicate effectively, and collaborate with team members. The store environment includes standard conditions with safety and security practices in place for staff wellbeing.

Formación

• Customer service/retail and cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to complete cashiering training course.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions.
• General knowledge and experience with computer systems and two-way radios.

Responsabilidades

• Greets every customer and provides them with personalized assistance to ensure they have a positive experience in our stores.
• Promotes ACE Rewards Membership to every customer, highlighting perks and benefits.
• Builds customer loyalty through suggestive selling and product knowledge. Maintains knowledge on current and advertised store products.
• Uses best practices to efficiently handle all register transactions to maintain accurate inventory of products.
• Works in a safe manner and actively practices prevention methods to protect yourself and others.
