Pilot Company in White Pine, TN is hiring a guest-focused team member in a fast-paced quick-service location. You will provide fast, friendly, and clean service, operate the cash register, and help maintain a welcoming dining area.

Starting pay is $11.12–$14.05 per hour with weekly pay and benefits including meals, health plans for full-time staff, PTO, and opportunities to grow across our travel centers and restaurants.

Qualifications

• Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest focused culture.
• Ability to complete accurate sales transactions.
• Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food.
• Ability to maintain Wendy's processes and policies.
• Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
