• Engage guests to create a personalized experience.
• Take payments, handle cash drawer, and process card transactions.
• Apply menu knowledge to suggest items and promotions.
• Enter takeout orders into the POS system.
• Bag and manage takeout orders and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a clean cashier area and uphold sanitation standards.
• Thank guests and solicit feedback on service.
